Rajamhandravaram, August16, (DNS Online) : Dr. Kamalanjali is a renowned psychologist who advocates for mental health.  For the past four years, efforts have been made to recognize the need for mental health among rural and urban people, especially women.  Acharya Nagarjuna University PhD in Psychology, Andhra Pradesh, 'Women's Mental Health and Coping Strategies: Impact on Emotional Intelligence, Rural, and Urban of East Godavari District'  Presented for his experiences, practices, and theories.

Her thesis was guided by T. Ananda Rao, Professor, Department of Psychology, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.  She is one of the few women in the state of Andhra Pradesh to have received a PhD in the field of women's mental health.

Kamalanjali runs the Anjali Psychological Counseling Clinic at Godavari Bund Road in Rajahmundry.  Through her counseling clinic she has helped thousands of people around Rajahmundry in terms of mental health.  Andhra Pradesh has become famous for conducting various counseling programs related to psychology across the state.
