Amaravati, Oct 9, 2021 (DNS Online): The AP State financial position will be very much difficult in forth coming months and the state would face financial crisis, according to Mr. Undavalli Arun kumar, former Member of Parlament here in Rajamahendravaram to day. Addressing the media persons he said that the State Government is incurring debts from all available sources.and as on now. About Six lakh crore debts carrying with heavy burden. Interest is rising at a rate of seven per cent. This will be a major challenge for the governments that will be formed after the burden is borne by the people.

In this intersection, alternative measures taken by the government are not yielding the expected level of results. At present, the

government unable to pay salaries and pensions to the retired employees due to lack of money. There is no question of special status and no funding release to Polavaram and other essential projects in the state from the Center. Due to some reasons AP Chief Minister Jagan mohan Reddy has not in a position to demand further funds from Centre,due to this the state position is deteriorate day by day,Aruna kumar added.
