Amaravati, July 19, 2022 (DNS On Line) : The Governemtn of India will implement the new labour code from October 1st, 2022.  According to this, employees have to work 48 hours a week.  Employees have to work 12-12 hours in the office for 4 consecutive days. In these 12 hours they get half an hour leave twice a day.  But the employees who worked 12-12 hours for 4 days also get 3 days long leave.  The Center has taken this decision after the complaint of the employees came to the fore for a long time that they are not able to give time to their family due to work.
