Amaravati, Nov 29 , 2022 (DNS Online) : RK Roja, Minister for Tourism and Cultural Affairs inaugurated Jagananna Swarnotsava Cultural Festival in Rajamahendravaram on Tuesday. On the opening ceremony she said that it is the responsibility of all of us to preserve culture, traditions and arts, and we are very happy to celebrate Jaganananna's golden jubilee cultural celebrations here. in East godavari District.

She attended the zonal level sessions at the Sri Venkateswara Anam Kalakendra. The three day festival began with high end entertainment. 
Rajamahendravaram being the cultural capital, the Government chosed it as the prime venue for this cultural event. 
The Godavari accent has a unique identity of culture, literature and

art in the Godavari region for a thousand years.  It is said that many artists in the field of cinema are from this Godavari region.
State Home Minister Dr.  Taneti Vanitha said that today every artist is encouraged and given a chance to perform through these programs.

State Civil Supplies Minister Dr. Karumuri Nageswara Rao said that by organizing such programs for artists, they will be encouraged more.
Mr K. Dinesh Kumar, Municipal Commissioner, Mr. M Bharat Ram, Member of Parliament, Ms. Vasireddy Padma, Chair person, Women Commission, Ms. Sharmila Reddy, RUDA Chair Person, MLAs Jakkampudi Raja, K Kannababu and others joined the festival
